About the Victoria Park Conservation Area
The Victoria Park Conservation Area covers about 117 hectares and was designated by London Borough of Tower Hamlets in 2008. Inside the boundary are 27 listed buildings (3 Grade II*, 24 Grade II). The most significant is Baroness Burdett Coutts Drinking Fountain, Grade II*. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 406 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
