The London Hospital Conservation Area covers about 5.5 hectares and was designated by London Borough of Tower Hamlets in 2021. Inside the boundary are 15 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 14 Grade II). The most significant is St Augustine With St Philip's Church, Grade II*. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 40 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
