The Warberries Conservation Area covers about 78 hectares and was designated by Torbay Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 43 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 42 Grade II). The most significant is 1-15, Wellswood Park Road, Grade II*. 52 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
