The Queenborough Conservation Area covers about 14 hectares and was designated by Swale Borough Council in 1972. Inside the boundary are 23 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 22 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of the Holy Trinity, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
