The Whichford Conservation Area covers about 18 hectares and was designated by Stratford-on-Avon District Council in 1970. Inside the boundary are 20 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 18 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Michael, Grade I.
