The Lapley Conservation Area Management Plan Conservation Area covers about 11 hectares and was designated by South Staffordshire Council in 1977. Inside the boundary are 17 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 16 Grade II). The most significant is Church of All Saints, Grade I. 53 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
