The Woodeaton Conservation Area covers about 7.5 hectares and was designated by South Oxfordshire District Council in 1989. Inside the boundary are 14 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 11 Grade II). The most significant is Church of the Holy Rood, Grade I.
