The Warborough Conservation Area covers about 20 hectares and was designated by South Oxfordshire District Council in 1978. Inside the boundary are 49 listed buildings (3 Grade II*, 46 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Laurence, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
