The Seething Conservation Area covers about 27 hectares and was designated by South Norfolk District Council in 1994. Inside the boundary are 10 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 9 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Margaret, Grade II*. 33 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
