The Long Stratton Conservation Area covers about 11 hectares and was designated by South Norfolk District Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 34 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 32 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary, Grade I. 23 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
