The Bramerton Conservation Area covers about 25 hectares and was designated by South Norfolk District Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 9 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 8 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Peter, Grade II*. 5 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
