About the West Ashling Conservation Area
The West Ashling Conservation Area covers about 14 hectares and was designated by South Downs National Park in 1981. Inside the boundary are 18 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
