The Tillington Conservation Area covers about 8.2 hectares and was designated by South Downs National Park in 1984. Inside the boundary are 17 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 14 Grade II). The most significant is The Parish Church of All Hallows, Grade I.
