About the Ovington Conservation Area
The Ovington Conservation Area covers about 15 hectares and was designated by South Downs National Park in 1985. Inside the boundary are 13 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
