The Repton Conservation Area covers about 42 hectares and was designated by South Derbyshire District Council in 1969. Inside the boundary are 37 listed buildings (6 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 30 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Wystan, Grade I.
