The Heydon Conservation Area covers about 20 hectares and was designated by South Cambridgeshire District Council in 1979. Inside the boundary are 26 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 25 Grade II). The most significant is Holy Trinity Parish Church, Grade II*. 2 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
