The Langport and Huish Episcopi Conservation Area covers about 46 hectares and was designated by Somerset Council in 1971. Inside the boundary are 73 listed buildings (3 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 69 Grade II). The most significant is Church of All Saints, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
