The Langham Conservation Area covers about 56 hectares and was designated by Rutland County Council in 2004. Inside the boundary are 35 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 33 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Peter and St Paul, Grade I.
