The Bushy Park Conservation Area covers about 430 hectares and was designated by London Borough of Richmond upon Thames in 1991. Inside the boundary are 13 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 11 Grade II). The most significant is Arethusa Or 'diana' Fountain, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
