The Bracondale Conservation Area covers about 24 hectares within Norwich City Council’s area. Inside the boundary are 38 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 3 Grade II*, 34 Grade II). The most significant is Carrow Abbey, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
