About the Scorton Conservation Area
The Scorton Conservation Area covers about 8.0 hectares and was designated by North Yorkshire Council in 1977. Inside the boundary are 19 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
