The Easingwold Conservation Area covers about 34 hectares and was designated by North Yorkshire Council in 1990. Inside the boundary are 45 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 44 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St John the Baptist and All Saints, Grade II*.
