About the Boroughbridge Conservation Area
The Boroughbridge Conservation Area covers about 55 hectares and was designated by North Yorkshire Council in 1976. Inside the boundary are 40 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
