The Ravenstone Conservation Area covers about 11 hectares and was designated by North West Leicestershire District Council in 1973. Inside the boundary are 14 listed buildings (4 Grade II*, 10 Grade II). The most significant is Chaplains House and Chapel at Ravenstone Hospital, Grade II*.
