The Polesworth Conservation Area covers about 24 hectares and was designated by North Warwickshire Borough Council in 1995. Inside the boundary are 15 listed buildings (4 Grade II*, 11 Grade II). The most significant is 22, High Street, Grade II*. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
