The Yatton Conservation Area covers about 7.2 hectares and was designated by North Somerset Council in 1985. Inside the boundary are 18 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 16 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary, Grade I. 17 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
