The Hutton Conservation Area covers about 7.0 hectares and was designated by North Somerset Council in 2014. Inside the boundary are 13 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 11 Grade II). The most significant is Church of Saint Mary the Virgin, Grade II*. 26 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
