About the Hunworth Conservation Area
The Hunworth Conservation Area covers about 24 hectares and was designated by North Norfolk District Council in 1974. Inside the boundary are 10 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 9 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Lawrence, Grade II*. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
