The Scawby Conservation Area covers about 34 hectares and was designated by North Lincolnshire Council in 1985. Inside the boundary are 16 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 14 Grade II). The most significant is Scawby Hall, Grade I. 44 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
