The Epworth Conservation Area covers about 9.4 hectares and was designated by North Lincolnshire Council in 1970. Inside the boundary are 23 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 22 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Andrew, Grade I. 30 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
