The Keele Hall Conservation Area covers about 23 hectares and was designated by Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council in 1993. Inside the boundary are 13 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 12 Grade II). The most significant is Keele Hall, Grade II*. 2 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
