The Milton Keynes Village Conservation Area covers about 11 hectares and was designated by Milton Keynes City Council in 2019. Inside the boundary are 17 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 15 Grade II). The most significant is Church of All Saints, Grade I. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
