The SHADWELL Conservation Area covers about 11 hectares and was designated by Leeds City Council in 1973. Inside the boundary are 9 listed buildings, all Grade II. 8 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
