The MORLEY Conservation Area covers about 100 hectares and was designated by Leeds City Council in 2025. Inside the boundary are 44 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 43 Grade II). The most significant is The Town Hall, Grade I. 48 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
