The NORTHWOLD Conservation Area covers about 35 hectares and was designated by Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk in 1974. Inside the boundary are 26 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 23 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Andrew, Grade I. 3 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
