The DOCKING Conservation Area covers about 61 hectares and was designated by Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk in 1978. Inside the boundary are 14 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 13 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary the Virgin, Grade II*. 7 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
