The Kensal Green Cemetery Conservation Area covers about 21 hectares and was designated by Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in 1984. Inside the boundary are 152 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 12 Grade II*, 139 Grade II). The most significant is The Anglican Chapel, Grade I. 3 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
