The Park Conservation Area covers about 77 hectares and was designated by Ipswich Borough Council in 2003. Inside the boundary are 12 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 11 Grade II). The most significant is Woodside, Grade II*. 3 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
