The MOLESWORTH Conservation Area covers about 65 hectares and was designated by Huntingdonshire District Council in 1977. Inside the boundary are 16 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 15 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of St Peter, Grade II*. 25 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
