The Warnham Conservation Area covers about 16 hectares and was designated by Horsham District Council in 1976. Inside the boundary are 30 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 29 Grade II). The most significant is The Parish Church of St Margaret, Grade I. 17 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
