The Harefield Village Conservation Area covers about 115 hectares and was designated by London Borough of Hillingdon in 2024. Inside the boundary are 24 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 3 Grade II*, 19 Grade II). The most significant is Breakspear House, Grade I. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
