The Pembridge Conservation Area covers about 72 hectares and was designated by Herefordshire Council in 1974. Inside the boundary are 48 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 4 Grade II*, 42 Grade II). The most significant is Belfry Approximately 5 Metres North-East of the Church of St Mary, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
