The Rotherwick Conservation Area covers about 264 hectares and was designated by Hart District Council in 2011. Inside the boundary are 46 listed buildings (5 Grade II*, 41 Grade II). The most significant is Archway at Southern End of Laundry Court, Leading to Rear of Kitchen Gardens, And Garden House Attached to South, Grade II*. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
