The THRHC/North Tottenham Conservation Area covers about 13 hectares and was designated by London Borough of Haringey in 1972. Inside the boundary are 28 listed buildings (4 Grade II*, 24 Grade II). The most significant is 808 and 810, High Road N17, Grade II*. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
