About the Cobham Conservation Area
The Cobham Conservation Area covers about 45 hectares and was designated by Gravesham Borough Council in 1970. Inside the boundary are 28 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 24 Grade II). The most significant is Cobham College, Grade I. 11 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
