About the The Spa Conservation Area
The The Spa Conservation Area covers about 28 hectares and was designated by Gloucester City Council in 1968. Inside the boundary are 41 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 39 Grade II). The most significant is Sherborne House, Grade II*. 10 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 42 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
