About the Lynmouth Conservation Area
The Lynmouth Conservation Area covers about 17 hectares and was designated by Exmoor National Park in 1973. Inside the boundary are 24 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
