The Sproatley South Conservation Area covers about 14 hectares and was designated by East Riding of Yorkshire Council in 1987. Inside the boundary are 5 listed buildings, all Grade II. 11 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
