About the Shalden Conservation Area
The Shalden Conservation Area covers about 6.5 hectares and was designated by East Hampshire District Council in 1993. Inside the boundary are 11 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 10 Grade II). The most significant is Manor Farmhouse, Grade II*. 2 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
