The Snailwell Conservation Area covers about 13 hectares and was designated by East Cambridgeshire District Council in 1991. Inside the boundary are 10 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 8 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of St Peter, Grade II*. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
